Hey everyone! I have a new album out!! it is an all original all acoustic album with 13 songs from my last 3 solo albums (2 TA and 1 D9)! All 13 tracks are completely stripped down, no backing vox, no bass, no 2nd guitar, no drums, no layers, just me and an acoustic, hope you like it...oh yeah, tell your friends!!!
So, about me, I'm just a guy who likes to play music and have been doing it since the 90's. I've played in rock bands like Pi and Blystre and have released solo original music as Dash 9 and myself.
Growing up in western MI I dabbled in HS bands of various types, concert, jazz, rock, etc. playing mostly brass and guitar. Then moving around while in the AF from 93-02 writing and playing in rock bands, eventually signing with Greatland Records while with Blystre. That was my thing until life and parenthood took over. I spent time as a studio engineer, AR rep, booking agent and even had my own independent label for a while (Filament Records). Now I just spend my time performing acoustic solo and writing/recording original music.
I occasionally take on small recording, mixing, mastering projects. I have a pretty decent home studio where I record, mix and master and do all my voiceover work and distribute as Dash Nine Music.
